Eden wants to be an artist when she grows up. I told her she doesn’t have to wait that long.
So today we visited the SF MOMA to get some inspiration. She picked several installations and, after studying each piece, drew her own version.
She was convinced that Matisse’s portrait showed a woman with her head stuck between two metal bars. A smiley face was added to cheer her up.
The squiggles and swirls in this sculpture were easy to replicate.
Fighting the temptation to touch 100 brains was overwhelming…thankfully she put it down on paper instead.

I Love it, Go Eden
